The ILA operates through its regional branches around the world. Branches may either represent individual states or regional areas.
Each branch is autonomous (although it operates under the approval of the Executive Council, which is elected by all the branches) and most organise seminars and meetings for their members locally.
To join your local branch see the relevant section.
New branches may be established subject to the endorsement of the Executive Council. For further information about the establishment of new Branches: ILA Constitution, Guidelines for the Establishment of new ILA Branches (24KB).
